🚗 Mobile Wedding Services (On-Location)
- Saturdays: Packages start at $550 minimum (minimum 4 services)
- Example: 4 services x $125 = $500 + $50 travel = $550 ≈ 3.5 hrs service + travel time to and from prep location
- Even if fewer services are booked, minimum remains at $550 on Saturdays.
- Sunday–Friday: From $300 (minimum of 2 services).
- For example, 4 services would equate to 4 makeup, or 2 makeup + 2hair = 4services, or 1 makeup + 3 hair = 4 services, etc.

📌 Booking & Policies
- Deposit: 50% non-refundable, required to secure your date. Balance due before or on the event day.
- Cancellations: In the rare case I need to cancel due to emergency, your deposit + trial fees will be fully refunded. I can also help you find a hair and/or makeup artist through my extensive list of hair and makeup artist colleagues.
- Changes: Services cannot be removed after booking, but extras may be added if time allows.
- Timing: Please allow 45–60 min per service. (Add extra time for long/thick hair or makeup that requires extra coverage.)
- For 2026, I’ll be working solo, so packages are 4-5 services, but I’m happy to coordinate alongside additional artists you may book for larger parties. May be able to provide 6 services - but please message me for a custom quote.
FAQs:
Q: What should I do before getting makeup and hair services?
A: Please have your teeth brushed, face washed, contacts in, and wear comfortable clothing that is a button/zip/loose neck shirt so you can easily change out of without disturbing the makeup and hair. This also allows me to match your body color. Hair must be CLEAN and DRY (do not use a hot hair tool like a straightener as that will close up the hair cuticles and be very difficult to hold the shape throughout the day). We will provide all the products!
Q: What should I pack in my wedding day emergency kit?
A: Clear lash glue (e.g. Kiss), a lip product like lipstick or gloss to touch up before photos, powderless blotting sheets if you're an oilier skin type, bobby pins, and a mini hair spray for fly aways. Let us know if we can procure these for you for an extra charge.
Q: Is it cheaper if it is "natural" makeup?
A: No, it's still the same. We still do the foundation, concealer, powders, eye shadows, blushes, lips, etc.. but in a different neutral/natural shade. We still go through all the steps to make sure your makeup lasts all day.
Q: Do you do just the eyes?
A: No. Let's just say, with the client's choice of foundations, blushes, lips... longevity... it's not worth our reputation if the overall look doesn't look cohesive.
Q: What is a mechanical lash curling service?
A: It's where I curl your natural lashes with a lash curler. Not all makeup artists do this, and not all clients need it. The clients who may want to consider this service are those with straight and/or downwards growing lashes. This service takes extra time and skillso the lash curling service is available in the deluxe and elite wedding packages. If you and your wedding party are confident in curling your own lashes with your own lash curler, the basic package would suffice.
Q: How early do you start?
A: For Chinese and East Asian weddings in Edmonton, we often start around 5:00–6:00am to be finished by 8:00–9:00am for door games. The packages I offer start at 4am. That said, timelines have become more flexible in recent years - let me know if you require something custom.
Q: What if I don't know what time I need hair and makeup services yet?
A: If you’re still finalizing your wedding morning schedule, here’s a helpful guideline from experience:For most Chinese and East Asian weddings, the morning timeline usually wraps up around 8:30 a.m. when couples are planning to include door games and a tea ceremony for 9:00 a.m. If your door games and tea ceremony are happening the day before, then an afternoon schedule often works best — for example, having hair and makeup completed by 1:00 p.m. for a 2:00 p.m. ceremony.
It’s similar to booking your officiant — they’ll need to know what time to arrive so they can plan their day and accommodate other clients. The same applies to hair and makeup services; I schedule multiple weddings per day and need confirmed times in advance to ensure a smooth experience for everyone.
If you’d prefer complete flexibility with timing on your wedding day, I also offer an Elite Package, which reserves the entire day exclusively for you. This allows you to book your hair and makeup services for any time you’d like — and the premium pricing reflects that dedicated service. You can absolutely book the Basic or Deluxe Package, but please keep in mind that if another wedding party books the same day, your timing options may become more limited (to reschedule please email).
